Sales Trainer - ASTD Job Bank

SALES TRAINER This position will be responsible for facilitating formal and informal training classes for the respective Sales Teams of Mimeo using Adult Learning techniques. The Sales Trainer will focus on Training as the materials and curricula have been developed for this role. RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with Sales Leadership and collaborate with business leaders to deliver relevant course content and a cohesive curricula that align with and support business strategy Coordinate and manage all administrative and logistical aspects of learning and development, including identifying and procuring external or internal venues, generating relevant invitation lists, running webinars and virtual meeting and tracking of required training Conduct needs analysis studies, confer with business leaders, and recommend training needs based on both organization and individual needs Formulate training policies, programs, and schedules, based on identified training needs, company processes and business systems Research training ?best practices? and partner with internal and external experts to utilize cutting edge technology, including e-Learning and webinars
